Legs

squats, RDLs, lunges

  • // jumping squats until i feel like i need to yak

DAY 4

Arms & Forearms

curls, hammers, wrist work

HIIT

Breakfast

overnight oats (oats, almond milk, blueberries, blackberries, honey, chia seeds) / 2 eggs / yogurt bowl (berries, plain greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, honey). all trader joe's.

Lunch

salads at the office — Just Salad, Springbone Kitchen, Chopt. trying to keep it green.

Dinner

grill or oven bake some meat + whatever veggies are left. sometimes i slack and order in but i've been trying to eat out less since i've tried mostly everything near my apartment.

Buenos Aires

parks integrated into the city, good balance of NY density + LA laid-back vibes, European architecture, cheap ubers but horrible traffic

Montevideo

slow pace, mainly older demographic, beach is chill but nothing beautiful, streets vacant at night

Patagonia

beautiful scenery, terrain changes rapidly, most physically strenuous thing i've ever done, everyone is insanely fit

Tokyo

amazing shopping, excellent food, so many people, everyone seems locked in, subway is worse than korea

Lake Tahoe

want a lakehouse here, water color is beautiful, food is horrible

Amsterdam

lots of npcs, dull during the day, everyone rides bikes, night vibes were warm and cozy

Paris

city of fashion, loved how people dressed, architecture was incredible, people friendlier than expected

London

super dull, very expensive, parks are beautiful

Yosemite

gorgeous viewpoints, hikes aren't too difficult, easy to get around

Death Valley

felt like dune, underrated views

Sequoia

snowy and slippery, almost got lost at night in the woods

Zion

narrows is the best hike i've ever done

Lisbon

loved every bit of this city, the colors, the buildings, the food, cheap and easy to get around

Lagos

best beaches i've visited in terms of vibe, rock formations are stunning

Aruba

color of the water was unreal, perfect place to chill and tan

Banff

scenic drive, well maintained national park, beautiful lakes
